How we handle what you send us
This note covers the desk at scrimseer.com. Operator: Scrimseer Studio, used here as a working name for the project.
What we collect
Only what you type into the form, plus a few technical marks needed to keep the desk from being flooded.
- the address you enter;
- the 18+ confirmation;
- source tags if a campaign brought you here;
- language, device class, screen size, time zone, user-agent;
- a hashed network mark — we do not keep the raw address.
Why
To open the desk for you, to answer if you write, to see which campaigns actually bring readers, and to slow automated junk.
Legal basis
The tick in the form is your consent. You can pull it back at any time — write to hello@scrimseer.com.
Who else sees it
We do not sell the list. Hosting, mail delivery, and analytics processors see only what they need to run the desk.
How long
Requests stay until you withdraw consent, and not longer than 24 months after the last contact. Then the row is deleted or stripped of identity.
Your rights
Write to hello@scrimseer.com. We reply within 30 days: a copy of your row, a correction, a deletion, a limit, or an opt-out of mail — the opt-out also sits in every message.
